There are painkillers and non-analgesics: antispasmodics (papaverine, no-spa), vasodilators (nitroglycerin), antihypertensives, carminatives (dill water, carbol). Independent use of painkillers for severe and acute pain can only harm, in this case, you need to urgently seek medical help.
